What is your shipping policy for electric bikes?
We offer specialized freight shipping to ensure your bike arrives safely. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered via a scheduled appointment.
Can I ride my SUPER73 in the rain?
While our bikes are water-resistant and designed to handle light rain and puddles, they should not be submerged or cleaned with high-pressure washers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes ship 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals using the toolkit included in the box.
