We want you to be fully satisfied with your SUPER73 experience. If your bike or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 15 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully repack your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for motorized vehicles.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
